We only accept return on ribbons that are sold by spool. Please understand that all ribbons that are sold by yard are final sale as ribbons cut to specific yard(s) are difficult for resale despite the condition is new. If any of our ribbons sold by spool does not please you for any reason, please return it within 5 days of delivery of a shipment and we will exchange it or refund its purchase price, less the shipping and handling.  If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will also refund the shipping and handling incurred in sending the item to you.  Any orders returned to us as "undeliverable" or "refused" will be treated as a return and subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping and handling is not refundable.  Please NOTE: Before returning any product please contact us by email. 

We do not accept returns of any item that is not in its original condition, or is damaged on your part.

In showing fabric images, we do our best to achieve the highest level of color accuracy.  However, we cannot guarantee how they appear to you.  Colors may vary for many reasons including the way your computer monitors display colors.  We recommend you to use the images as a guide, although most of our customers report that they find the real fabrics more beautiful than the images on the screen.
